nozzle
The paint is sprayed from the nozzle. Because the nozzle is easily worn by the paint, the nozzle is generally made of alloy steel and subjected to heat treatment. The size of the nozzle diameter is determined according to the paint to be sprayed and the requirements for spraying quality.
needle valve
The front end of the nozzle is needle-shaped, and it is matched with the gun needle to form a paint needle valve. The size of the nozzle diameter and the gun needle should be matched. Pull the bolt to command the needle to move back, and the nozzle will open.
air cap
There are central holes, side air holes, and auxiliary air holes for spraying compressed air on the air cap of the spray head. According to the different uses of the spray gun, the position, number, and diameter of these holes are different. The air cap, nozzle, and needle should be matched and cannot be used in any combination.
