The outer frame is made of galvanized sheet, stainless steel sheet or aluminum alloy profile, and is sealed with a new type of polyurethane sealant. It can be widely used in general filtration in electronics, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, food and other industries, and can also be used in high temperature places.
The main control parameters for the selection of high-efficiency air filter products are filtration efficiency, rated air volume, initial resistance at rated air volume, dust holding capacity and external dimensions. According to the method specified in JG/T22-1999 "Performance Test Method of Air Filters for General Ventilation", the air dust counting efficiency of particles with particle size ≥1.0μm is ≥70% and <99%. The filter is a high-efficiency air filter.
The high-efficiency filter is mainly used to capture particulate dust and various suspended solids below 0.5um, as the end filter of various filtration systems. The ultra-fine glass fiber paper is used as the filter material, and the plastic sheet, aluminum foil board, and other materials are folded as the dividing plate, sealed with a new type of polyurethane sealant, and the outer frame is made of galvanized sheet, stainless steel sheet and aluminum alloy profile.
